April Tacey won the virtual Tour for the second time. The 19-year-old sprinted past Anna Henderson (Team Sunweb) and Lauren Stephens (Tibco-Silicon Valley Bank) to claim Stage 4. Her team Drops now sits in second place, 50 points behind Tibco – Silicon Valley Bank.
