Ineos’ eRide is an opportunity for everyone to ride with the best of the best. It will start at 3PM (BST) on April 12, and the route will be suitable for all ability categories, A – D. The ride will take approximately 40 minutes.
After the ride, you can sit back and watch Ineos’ pros battle it out on one of Zwift’s toughest climbs. You can watch it on YouTube and Facebook as well. The race starts at 5PM (BST).
The line-up will be announced later this week.
Last week, the first-ever virtual Tour of Flanders was held online, and Greg Van Avermaet claimed the glory. Shortly afterwards, the organisers of the Tour de Suisse announced their own virtual five-race series. It should take place later this month and feature a selection of WorldTeams, including Ineos.
The world of cycling is changing. Do you think it will get back fully to the way it was before? Would you like it to? Or would you like to see more online racing in the future?
