“Gudrun was Andre’s biggest supporter, and now it’s up to us to help support him and her legacy by joining him in the fight against ALS,” Zwift states on its website. “We’re raising awareness and money to accelerate the pace of ALS research. The donations go entirely to ALS researcher Professor Prudlo, currently conducting research at the DZNE, the German Centre for Neurodegenerative Diseases.”
Greipel will lead a group workout this Saturday, attempting to make it the biggest Zwift group ride to date. Zwift itself will donate one US dollar for every cyclist (taking part) to the German Centre for Neurodegenerative Diseases. You can donate to the DZNE yourself. Any amount is appreciated.
Join André and his Fight ALS Challenge this Saturday at 10AM CET or 7PM CET.
