10) Christopher Froome, Kenyan-born British cyclist and winner of the 2013 Tour de France, riding for the UCI ProTeam Team Sky won the general classification on July 21st with a final time of 83 hours, 56 minutes and 40 seconds (four minutes and 20 seconds ahead of second-placed Quintana).
